Chairman of the Italian Commission MCCI K.V. Krokhin took part in the Jubilee Assembly of the Italian-Russian Chamber of Commerce (IRCC), which was held in a festive atmosphere on June 4, 2019 in Moscow - in the Congress Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.

At the 55th General Assembly of the IRTP, its permanent since 1999 President Rosario Alessandrello resigned to remain - the honorary president.

Vincenzo Trani, President of General Invest and MikroKapital, was elected the new President of the IRCC. The Italian Commission of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry has a long and good relationship with the new President of the IRCC, the history of which dates back to the birth of the Delimobil car sharing project and the Italian-Russian Forum at the World Expo 2015 in Milan.

The assembly was addressed by many honorary persons from both the Italian and Russian sides. At the very beginning, the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, Sergey Katyrin, read a greeting from President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.

The President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, Sergey Katyrin, expressed his gratitude and respect to the honorary president of the Italian-Russian Chamber of Commerce for his many years of work as president of the IRCC.

The honorary president of the IRCC, Rosario Alessandrello, also made a reply. He recalled the history of the establishment of the IRCC, its achievements, thanked those present for the joint work and said that he was not forgiven, that he would certainly participate in the development of Russian-Italian relations, especially in his opinion, today the Italian experience of creating and developing small and medium enterprises.

Also, the new president of the Italian-Russian Chamber of Commerce, Vincenzo Trani, delivered a greeting:

“IRCC unites two countries, and both of them are part of my life. I have been in Russia for the twentieth year, and it was here that I became an entrepreneur. ”

In his speech, he presented his vision of the IRCC  activities, stressed that one of the important areas would be to strengthen the contacts of the regional business of Russia and Italy.

The Chairman of the Italian Commission, Konstantin Krokhin, on behalf of the MCCI  leadership, congratulated Vincenzo Trani on his election and wished him great success in the work ahead. The parties agreed to prepare in the near future a roadmap of cooperation between the IRCC and the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry in promoting the mutual interests of Russian and Italian entrepreneurs, as well as providing ample opportunities for the development of the business of Italian companies in the territory of New Moscow.
