The event was organized by Department of Trade Exchange Development ICE of the Italian Embassy with the support of the Union of Moscow architects and Italian Commission of MCCI.
The evening was opened by Niccolo Fontana, First Counselor on trade issues of the Italian Embassy in Moscow, and Maurizio Forte, Director of the Moscow office of ICE. They welcomed guests and thanked the Union of Moscow architects for providing a place for the presentations.
Fabio Servent, the representative of the Federation of woodworking and furniture industry in Italy Federlegno Arredo, made a presentation of the world's largest architectural and construction exhibition «MADE expo 2015» and invited the audience to attend it.
The main events of the evening were lectures of world famous architects: Michele Molè and Sergey Choban.
Michele Molè presented the work of his architectural office NEMESI & PARTNER, Italian Pavilion at Expo 2015 in Milan, the project " The nursery of Italy." Architect Sergey Choban, in his turn, spoke about his project - the Russian Pavilion at Expo 2015. The main goal of this project, according to Sergei Choban, became the implementation of national, native Russian traits and traditions.
At the end of the evening the ICE Agency conducted lottery with the main prize - a trip to the exhibition «MADE expo» in Milan.
The Chairman of the Italian Commission Konstantin Krokhin held several meetings, during which he discussed the development of relations with Italian architects, construction and manufacturing companies, developing the localization of production in Russia, conducting and preparing for Expo 2015.
